Where these terms apply

These terms cover the public, informational pages at zapcover.com, including Resources. They also cover the Indian motor claims explorer and MCP connector. By using these public services, you agree to these terms. They do not set the terms for ZapCover account features or for applying for, quoting, buying, or managing insurance; those activities may have separate terms. An insurer's policy wording governs the cover it provides.

Claims information

The claims explorer and connector show figures drawn from publicly available insurer disclosures, with links to the original sources. Figures cover only the insurers, segments, and reporting periods shown. We may correct, update, or remove figures when a source changes or an extraction error is found.

A paid share describes recorded claim outcomes for a past period. It is not the chance that your claim will be paid and is not a recommendation to buy, renew, or cancel a policy. Check the source disclosure, policy terms, cover, exclusions, deductibles, repair network, and price before deciding. The public connector cannot assess an individual claim or review an uploaded policy.

Using the public services

You may use the public services for lawful personal or business research. Do not interfere with their operation, bypass access limits, misrepresent their output as an insurer's decision, or submit someone else's personal information without authority. Do not send policy documents, claim files, or sensitive personal details to the public claims connector. We may limit or suspend access that disrupts the service or breaches these terms.

Sources and third-party services

Insurer disclosures and linked websites belong to their respective publishers and may have their own terms. ChatGPT, Claude, and other chat services are operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. ZapCover does not control what you send to a chat service or how it stores your conversation.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the public services useful and accurate, but data can be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free extraction, or a particular insurance outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZapCover is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on an inaccurate or unavailable public service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
