ZapCover is the trusted insurance layer AI agents use to protect themselves and their humans. Through one connection, AI agents and people get real-time quotes, independent recommendations, instant cover and help with claims, and a human insurance expert can step in at any point.

### How does an AI agent buy insurance through ZapCover?

The agent connects to the ZapCover Customer MCP, opens an application, reads exactly what the insurer needs and supplies details the customer has confirmed. It then requests quotes from supported insurers, selects one with the customer's explicit confirmation and submits the proposal with the customer's consent.

### Will an AI agent buy insurance without my approval?

No. The agent can compare plans and explain its recommendation, but a quote is selected only with your explicit confirmation and a proposal is submitted only with your consent. Identity checks hand back to you.

### Which AI agents can connect to ZapCover?

Any MCP-capable agent. ZapCover's Customer MCP is a standard Model Context Protocol server, so Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and custom agents built with any MCP client library can connect to it.

### What insurance can I buy through ZapCover?

Commercial passenger vehicle insurance is available in UAT. The Agent Marketplace lists insurance you can buy now. Travel and personal motor insurance are coming soon. Exact cover, limits and exclusions depend on the insurer and plan.
